Safety Management and Risk Assessment Safe Working Practice’s highly trained staff will tailor a Safety Management System and Risk Assessment to address the needs of our clients. Clients can outsource their OHS functions where NCAISS accepts full responsibility of creating, implementing, managing, and maintaining a comprehensive safety management system on behalf of the clients.
Our primary goal is to prevent workplace injuries, illnesses and fatalities by identifying and managing potential hazards in the workplace and prevention. Other clients only require third party external audits and the compilation of an audit report to address shortcomings in their safety management system.
•Gap Analysis - NCAISS will conduct an initial Gap Analysis to determine legal requirements for the organisation.
•Audit Report - After the Gap Analysis, NCAISS will create an audit report with shortcomings and recommendations.
•Implementation - NCAISS will then create all the required documents and implement your new Safety Management System.
